Q Where is the work done?

A Jobs are completed in our workshop. Occasionally some work is outsourced to our trusted network of partners. All work and workmanship is done locally.

 

Q What are the lead times for jobs?

A This varies according to the size of the job, its technical requirements, material availability and subsequent procedures. Genco will be up front and transparent relating to these matters.

 

Q Is there a minimum order?

A No. Genco encourages all customers to enquire about any jobs they may have.

 

Q How do we order?

A To commence any jobs we will first require a creditor reference, followed by an order number provided by an authorised representative of your organisation.

 

Q How do I send drawings?

A Preferably drawings may be sent as PDF or CAD documents which can be emailed, or alternatively uploaded through this website. Faxing is also available. Please find our details in contacts.

 

Q What is your policy relating to confidentiality of documentation?

A Jobs, drawings and associated documents are stored and kept in the strictest confidence available for your future reference. Alternatively they can be destroyed upon request.

 

Q What is the capacity for structural steel work?

A Our capacity varies depending upon current workload. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

Q Do you do structural installation and site work?

A We do not do structural site or installation work. All work done is in house then delivered as per your requirements.

 

Q What are your payment terms?

A Our terms are strictly 30 days. Payment options will be provided.

 

Q Are you insured?

A Yes we have comprehensive business insurance and comply with all applicable legislation.
